Spanning an impressive total land size of 1,229.94 hectares, the ‘New Town’ development is strategically partitioned into four zones – A, B, C, and D. Each zone offers a unique array of opportunities for residential, commercial, public, religious institutions, educational, industrial, recreational, utilities, and other diverse purposes. Preliminary site development plans have revealed the potential for successfully partitioning 2,892 plots, paving the way for a vibrant and multifunctional community.
